LIV Sotheby's International Realty
Luxury buyer and seller representation across the Vail Valley — trusted counsel from contract to close, refined over two decades and $200 million in sales.
In the mountains, the right broker is not a convenience — it is the difference between a transaction and a place you'll spend your life returning to.
The Agent
In 2004, C. Daniel Estrada began his brokering career with a boutique firm specializing in residential resort property. During his formative years he earned a reputation for trust and reliability, eventually leading to a partnership within the company. Recruited by LIV Sotheby's International Realty in 2015, he sold his share of ownership to join Colorado's leading luxury real estate firm, and now practices out of LIV Sotheby's village location in Beaver Creek.
Performing at a high level of efficiency, Daniel has brokered over $200 million in sales volume — developing a judicious command of contract rights and liabilities, adept negotiation strategy, and seasoned communication across both client and broker relations. His market knowledge spans the luxury villages of Vail and Beaver Creek to the diverse townships of Eagle County, positioning him as a trusted advisor for luxury buyer and seller representation.
